After Hours Hotline Specialist

Part-Time: One week on, one week off running Sunday-Saturday. Work as needed after hours and log time and frequency of calls. Paid biweekly for 20 hours regardless of hours worked unless hours work exceed 20 in a week's time. After Hours Hotline Specialist is responsible for answering crisis calls as needed and coordinating proper care of clients after normal business hours, specifically between the hours of 5pm and 9am as needed. 


Community Client Advocate

Full Time: Provide initial meetings with clients entering shelter as well as working with community clients not in shelter. Responsible for providing case management as needed. Will conduct an initial case management meeting and assess for shelter. Will be responsible for conducting exit interviews with clients leaving shelter. Will need to be an expert on VAV services as well as well-versed in our community partners.
