Individual counseling is provided by licensed mental health professionals utilizing various evidenced-based methods including Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) Crisis Based Interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-focused therapies.
